Dr. Connie McNabb is a resident of Montgomery and a retired veterinarian with over 30 years of veterinary experience focusing on equine performance including 3 years as the chief veterinarian for the Texas Racing Commission. Governor Greg Abbott appointed Dr. McNabb to the Texas Racing Commission in September 2018. She has served as Vice Chair of the Commission since June 2021. In addition to her veterinary practice, she has served in various positions with the United States Air Force, Texas Air National Guard, and the Texas State Guard, retiring with the rank of Brigadier General.
